UK Pastor focuses on supporting green money across Africa

Clergyman of State for Global Advancement Andrew Mitchell has focused on supporting the conveyance of green money across Africa at a worldwide gathering in Egypt.

At the African Development Bank (AfDB) Annual Meetings in Egypt, Minister of State for International Development Andrew Mitchell has pledged to support the provision of green finance across Africa.

At the conference in Sharm el-Sheikh, the Cabinet Minister talked about the UK's commitment to changing the international financial system so that it can provide the green finance needed to fight extreme poverty and fight climate change.

During his meeting with Ambassador Hamdi Loza, Egypt's Assistant Foreign Minister for Africa, Minister Andrew Mitchell expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for Egypt's assistance in the evacuation of British citizens and talked about the need for all international parties to cooperate in order to find a quick and effective solution to the violence in Sudan.
